February Exchange Data Report: Spot trading volume decreased 11.5%, derivatives trading volume increased 0.7%, and website traffic decreased 8.8%
According to statistics compiled by the Wu Blockchain team:
In February 2026, the spot trading volume of major exchanges decreased by about 11.5% compared with January 2026. The top three exchanges by growth rate were Bitfinex +12.5%, OKX +8.4%, and Coinbase +5.1%. The bottom three were Uniswap -64%, HTX -37%, and Binance -16%.
In February 2026, the derivatives trading volume of major exchanges increased by about 0.7% compared with January 2026. The top three exchanges by growth rate were Hyperliquid +24%, Gate +20%, and Deribit +19%. The bottom three were MEXC -43%, HTX -6%, and Bitget -6%.
In February 2026, the website traffic of major exchanges decreased by about 8.8% compared with January 2026. The top three exchanges by rate of change were Upbit +21%, Bitfinex +3%, and OKX -3%. The bottom three were HTX -36%, Crypto.com -30%, and Kraken -20%.
